Renee’s work is rooted in a simple but powerful realization, that the body holds far more wisdom than we’ve been taught to listen to.

With a background in the sciences and years of spiritual exploration, she was drawn to acupuncture and energy medicine as a way to heal herself. What began as a personal practice has evolved into a path of service devoted to helping women feel safe, seen, and sovereign. Her deepest wish is to support women in living more authentic and abundant lives.

At the heart of her work is a deep respect for her role in her clients’ healing, and an intention to support each woman in reconnecting with her own inner authority, so she can move through her life feeling more embodied and empowered.

Her approach blends acupuncture, energy healing, and inner child work to address imbalances at their root, while creating a space where clients feel safe enough to soften into their own healing process. She became a certified yoga teacher and Reiki Master in 2019, began treating acupuncture patients in 2023, and completed Level 1 training in Spinal Energetics in 2025, each step deepening her ability to support your body in returning to balance.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Renee spending quality time with her husband, Greg, her toddler, Chloe, and their two cats. She’s often out in nature, surrounded by trees with her feet on the Earth. One of her favorite rituals is simply pausing to take in the green, velvety mountains in quiet awe.
